The F--kin' Hate

Went to hang out at The F--kin' Hate band practice this afternoon. This is Gareth, Jimmy and Hunter's band. Great dudes, great band. New songs sound really gnarly also. Ryan was shredding at this practice also, which meant that there were three members of Swandive (BC) present and three members of The F--kin' Hate present. Gareth being the only person who transcends the SDBC/TFH barrier.





Just booked tickets to Paris for me and mum for her birthday. We are there the 17th and 18th of June. Stoked. I've never been to Paris before. I want to go to Serge Gainsbourg's grave and smoke a fistful of cigarettes.

Also booked a flight back to Amsterdam for once mum goes home. Going to fly back into Amsterdam on the 30th of June. The plan from there is to stick around for a couple of days, the fly to Rome and check that shit out for a few days, fly back to Amsterdam and hang, then fly to Stockholm for the weekend of the 10th or 11th of July, train to Gothenburg, hang with Ylva and Johan, go to Ylva's lake house and do all sorts of fauna and flora based activities for a few days before heading back to Norrkoping and partying in Johan's parents farm/barn for some Swedish tradition... Then head back to Stockholm, hang with my cousin Tom for a couple of days, then fly back to Amsterdam.

From Amsterdam, drive to Czech Republic to go to Fluff Fest (hardcore Summer camp for 3 days...30 bands play, swimming, bbqs, camping, awesome) then drive back to Amsterdam and fly home to Brisbane a couple of days later.

Anyone in Brisbane need someone to move in at the start of August? I asked Scrad, but I think he will be happy to stay under the stairs at Trad's house like the ass-gremlin he is.
